The Green Building Council has nominated Banca Intesa San Paolo’s Tower in Turin, designed by the Renzo Piano Building Workshop, the most ecological skyscraper in Europe, with its 167 meters of innovation and sustainability. Fotovoltaic panels, advanced systems of natural light control and a bioclimatic greenhouse made with the Harpo verdepensile system are some of its exceptional features. At the 35° level a restaurant and a panoramic terrace are surrounded by typical plants and trees of the Mediterranean environment built with the Harpo verdepensile green roofing system.
